Polypropylene and Co-Polymer Plastic Sheets Processing Information: Suggested heating temperature is 325 - 375 degrees F. for 4 - 12 minutes, depending on thickness and individual oven conditions. Shrinkage is normal when heated. Polypropylene is vacuum formable and self-adhesive when hot. In the plastic state, it is extremely sticky and stretches easily. In the hard state, it can be cut with a saw, sanded and edge polished. It tends to crack in extreme low temperatures. If material flows, melts, puddles or bubbles, it has been overheated or left in the oven too long. All sheets, except natural color, have polyfilm protective masking on one side.
